Singing bowl sound bath meditation

During the whole process, you will enjoy the sound of singing bowls in a flat lay.

During the process, eight singing bowls of different sizes and different sound frequencies will be used, and the sound of the singing bowl will be the dominant factor, bringing everyone into a deeper level of relaxation.
In order to transmit the vibration rate of the singing bowl to everyone more effectively, we will occasionally hit the singing bowl with light force near the head of the guest, and just relax in a comfortable lying position during the process;
When you finish the meditation, you will be guided to re-acclimate to the room, stretching your body a little before sitting up.
