Er'ao x Mi'er Kitchen Sichuan Hemp Pepper Sauce
Sichuan Majiao Sauce is a local series of Er'ao Farming Cooperative. The characteristic of Sichuan-style Mala is that it is spicy, numb and has a faint medicinal aroma. Mi'er carefully selects premium Sichuan peppercorns and green peppercorns, stir-fries to release the aroma, then grinds them, adds white sesame seeds with mild spiciness, and bakes them at low temperature until crispy and not bitter. The saltiness is moderate and can be used in different cooking methods: bibimbap, cold salad, as a dish, as a dipping sauce or as a side oven sauce.
