Yuehe sauce Yuanzhuhou sauce
"Yuehe Sauce Garden" was established in Hong Kong in 1945 by the brothers of the Pang clan in Foshan, Guangdong. It is the only sauce garden in Hong Kong with its own steam and brewery. It produces all kinds of wine, vinegar, soy sauce and various condiments to supply various industries in Hong Kong. It has been more than half a century.
In response to business development needs, the factory was relocated to Sheung Shui in 1973 and continued to manufacture various condiments and sauces for various restaurants and merchants in Hong Kong.
Passed the ISO 9001: 2008 international quality management system and successfully obtained the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) certificate in June 2012. This set of standards is a food safety monitoring standard formulated by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization and the World Health Organization.
