Whisky Aged 80% Peru Chuncho Chocolate (Aged 3 months)

We infused the Singleton & Macallan Single Malt Scotch 12 years matured whisky into the Peru Chuncho cacao beans and aged for 3 months! The combination of one of the rarest and finest cacao beans and 2 top brands of whisky to become the rare chocolate in the world! It has very high complexity of flavours of 2 top brands of whisky inside the chocolate!

All alcohol has been evaporated during the 3 months aging process, so it's a chocolate without any alcohol but retain the best whisky flavours and aroma.

Rich of peat, caramel, green plum, orange peel, ginger, vanilla and floral.
