Olimpia Jieshen is a local coffee roaster with a history of nearly a century.

Egyptians from Greece established the " Jiechen Store " on Pedder Street in Central in 1927 . His son-in-law, Mr. Sarafoglou, took over after World War II. 1955 , Mr. He came to work in this shop and later became its coffee roaster. When Mr. Sarafoglou retired, Mr. Ho took over and renamed the business " Olympic Coffee " . Mr. He passed away in 2011 and his children are now in charge.
